Pre-Anaesthetic Questionnaire
The Pre-Anaesthesia Consultation usually takes place in the hospital on the day of the operation. If your condition or type of surgery is complex, your Anaesthetist may wish to have a Consultation with you prior to the surgical admission. This may occur in the hospital, the surgeons rooms or Norwest Anaesthesia rooms.
